Ok thank you for that info. so is there no way to find this lost invoice.

There are various ways:
a) fastest and easiest: contact the customer and ask for details
b) login as the customer and look at their shopping-cart (maybe install the master password addon to do this)
c) install the paypal-sessions-viewer addon which can look at IPN data, although this addon will be useless once switching to Express Checkout, and should be deleted then.

and alco I am using the paypal account for othe web site like ebay

Zen Cart doesn't care about that. It can happily co-exist with other sites using the same account.
