After you have set up everything and tested it in simulation mode you will be able to run everything automatically with the include modules "run mailbeez automatically" (so it does what it says it does ;-) )

I just check the install instructions - missing there is that you need to copy the config_coupon_engine (file & subfolder) as well. Have you done that?

Please also check your /cache dir for the latest MyDebug log - what does it say?

btw you have 24months free upgrades using your avangate download link - so you can always download the latest versions.

Hi, thanks for your ultra quick reply :)

Yes I did copy the config_coupon_engine (folder & file)

The latest mydebug log complains alot about my birthday module. Can that be related?

The updated module works just fine. Thanks!

    Another question :

I read this in the docs regarding custom coupons :

Coupon dates – Please ignore these fields, as Mailbeez will override these settings in configuring the expiration date for your campaign

So, let's say I want to send customers that have not purchased in 90 days a personalized free shipping coupon valid for 14 days from the date they receive the e-mail. Where would I set this expiration date?

I've read about how to create the coupons (http://www.mailbeez.com/documentatio...pon-campaigns/) and I'm pretty sure I've done that part right :)

Two more! (I'd edit my previous post if I could)

    1.
I just sent a review reminder to 82 customers, and I can see in my dashboard (the beez-o-graph) that they where sent.

However, when I go back to the review advanced module and click "show recipients", all these 82 customers are still listed there.

Any idea why? :) This is kinda scary because I don't wanna send the same e-mail twice to my customers.

    2.
I've tried several times to send test mails with the review advanced module but I cannot get it to work. Test e-mails for other modules works fine, most of the time. I've tried with several e-mail adresses, and the copy goes out fine, that's why I cannot see that it would be a server issue. Any ideas? :S

EDIT : The reason I need the above to work is that the copied e-mail is always being sent in plain text and not HTML. Is it possible to change this setting?

Please download again , now you can configure this on the top level of "winback advanced"

    1.
I just sent a review reminder to 82 customers, and I can see in my dashboard (the beez-o-graph) that they where sent.
go to configuration > Mailhive basic configuration, set
    Enable "Early Check": true

now the list should be empty.
Early check does what it say it does, it checks already against the list of sendings (see in reports -> list tracking data)

some people expect to always see the list of all current recipients, other only those who will get an email.

...is always being sent in plain text and not HTML.
    check http://www.mailbeez.com/support/ > FAQ
"If your zen-cart is configured to send HTML emails you need to set up a customer-account with your CC-email / send-copy-to email and configure this account to receive emails in HTML format.

When using this email address for testing / CC you should now receive the HTML version."

Thank you cord, all your suggestions worked :).

    Two more :

    1.
When sending test e-mails from the "review reminder advanced" the list of bought products is empty when I send in HTML, plain text works fine though.

The html-template has this piece of code where the products are supposed to show:

    {$list_engine.productlist_review_simple}

but no products is shown in the test e-mail. Cannot remember I've edited the template here. What could be wrong?

    2.
    Regarding winback advanced :

How can I be 100% sure that my coupon is correctly set up and everything will work?

The test e-mail shows some default values and the coupon in the test e-mail is different from the ones I've setup (the test coupon gives 10% off, but the coupon I've set for this gives free shipping...)

Is there anyway to do a real life test of this module before going live? :)

    3.
    Regarding winback advanced :

For my first winback activation I've selected a coupon with the code "template_mailbeez_winback1".

However, when I view the settings in my admin backend there is another coupon listed in the right sidebar, here it's called "645de78d57" and that's definately not the coupon I've selected.

I try again by clicking "edit" and I select the coupon I want, still it says I'm using the "645de78d57" coupon instead. This one has not been valid for several years.

    Any suggestions, again? :).

let me follow up with 1 and 3 as soon as possible more detailed

3: please check your coupon code (not the name!) of a newly created coupon is starting with "template_". in the winback advanced module you should only see that coupon. (let me double check later)

    regarding 2:
the test email is there to send a quick test.

to have a real preview you can run everything in simulation mode.
in simulation mode you can test everything incl generation of coupon. in simulation mode the coupon code are starting with [SIM] and there will appear a button on the top level to delete all generated simulation coupons.
see also section "simulation" under tab configuration for further options.
