How to fix my mess up footer? Thanks.

For unknown reason, my footer suddenly went wild:

The copyright info went up into the footer menu.

What causes this from happening? How do I fix it? Thank you very much.

in the stylesheet_footer_menu, find this:

#siteinfoLegal

change this:
margin-top: -20px;

Change to 0, delete, or adjust to taste. But that's what moving it up.

BTW: how do I update css using the addon? will the actual css file be updated? on the left panel when I view css using that addon, it shows only:
body, td, th { font-size: 12px !important; }
