Yes I have the latest and greatest version of ty tracker installed. Every file is the way it is suppose to be. They are merge right with edit order files. I'm stumped I haven't install any other modules that require the order.php files to be modified.
May have to go back tov2.3 two see whats going on.
I forgot to mention that the tracking numbers are being installed into the database and being posted to the customer account with no problems.
