By chance are you using image handler...if so...turn it ON on the config of your Google Merchant.

Hi,

Since changing the charset in Zen Cart 1.3.9 to UTF-8 following the installation instructions the Order Totals no longer show in Admin or in the My Account/Order History function on the website.

I am using zencart 1.3.9h and google_base_froogle_feeder_1-10-2. Yes, I know I there's an upgrade available - I tried this but it didn't fix the problem.

Order Totals show for orders that were placed after the change to utf-8 but not any prior to the change.

I have discovered that it's to do with the Text field not being completed in the database, please see this image.

I can amend this manually in the database through phpmyadmin but as you can see this affects 3770 orders (eek!) - and will take too long.

When I look at old backups of the database the Text field is also not filled in so I can't even export & import the old data to fix this.

Is there a way to populate these fields by executing a command somewhere/somehow please?

Any suggestions welcome/appreciated.

P.S. I have also tried uninstalling google_base_froogle_feeder_1-10-2 and changing the database back to latin1_general_ci but it still doesn't fix my problem.

...forgot to say I found a great tool to change the database collation here:

(no, this isn't my problem either - I have used this tool to convert other zencart databases with complete sucess).

I have installed 1.12.0 and debug shows
'skipped due to user restrictions' for most products. does anyone know how to get past this?
