The sql patch comes back with a 1062 message of dupkicate key:

1062 Duplicate entry 'GOOGLE_PRODUCTS_DEBUG' for key 2
in:
[INSERT INTO configuration (configuration_id, configuration_title, configuration_key, configuration_value, configuration_description, configuration_group_id, sort_order, date_added, use_function, set_function) VALUES (NULL, 'Debug', 'GOOGLE_PRODUCTS_DEBUG', 'false', 'Turn on simple debug?', @configuration_group_id, 0, NOW(), NULL, 'zen_cfg_select_option(array(\'true\', \'false\'),'), (NULL, 'Google Merchant Center FTP Username', 'GOOGLE_PRODUCTS_USERNAME', 'ftp_username', 'Enter your Google Merchant Center FTP username', @configuration_group_id, 1, NOW(), NULL, NULL), (NULL, 'Google Merchant Center FTP Password',
ETC, ETC, ETCa

If running the uninstall sql numerous times doesn't remove it then you'll need to delete it manually from the configuration table
