How Did You Hear About Us? Referrals Mod [Support Thread]

I have installed "How Did You Hear About Us" and cannot find anything in my admin for it. As far as I can tell I have followed the instructions exactly, ran the mysql etc. It shows on the web site and works but nothing in admin. What else do I need to do?

I am using Zencart 1.3.9h with Google Checkout, Paypal express, confirm email address, Avignon template.

Hope someone can help me, seem to be having fun with my site! I am working on www.test.craftwiseonline.co.uk. I have installed FEC with the Referrals mod. This is now showing on my log in screen, however there seem to be 2 boxes, one with a drop down menu and one with simply a referral code required. When I try to sign up for a new account, I gert all the following errors:

Please choose a salutation.
Is your first name correct? Our system requires a minimum of 2 characters. Please try again.
Is your last name correct? Our system requires a minimum of 2 characters. Please try again.
Your Street Address must contain a minimum of 5 characters.
Your City must contain a minimum of 2 characters.
Your State must contain a minimum of 2 characters.
Your Postal Code must contain a minimum of 4 characters.
You must select a country from the Countries pull down menu.

What have I done wrong? Can you please help to fix this?

I've installed this mod and although new customers see it and complete the required fields, I see nothing in the ADMIN Section to tell me where these good folks are coming from.

What piece of the puzzle am I missing.

I am using the V1.5 Zen Cart there is no Referal for Admin>Extras>Referals what do I need to do to get this fixed?

I have just submitted an update. Keep an eye out for it in the next week or two.

We need to get this mod updated for version 1.5 please!
