Why my ezpage is not showing up on the header menu?

You will need to modify some PHP coding in tpl_header.php to get what you want, adding links to the navMain section.

This has been discussed several times recently in the forum, so do some searching.

I have successfully been able to create my menu by modifying the tpl_header.php, however, I see tutorial video saying I just need to do this in Admin->ezpage by setting different order to show it in the header menu - which is much easier.

Yes it is easy, to put links in the ez-pages header menu. But that is at the bottom of the header,and it would need to be edited in tpl_header.php to move the code if you wanted it grouped with the Home Login nav menu.
