It won't make any difference if he explains what he did because you've installed an addon that doesn't work with your current version of zen cart. Additionally, you've posted in the wrong support thread.

It is clear you haven't read the instructions that came with the addon or the support thread for the addon you have installed.

Start there. Everything else is futile until you read what you need to read.

You either missed or ignored my response to your FIRST question.. ScriptJunkie is right.. it's clear you haven't read the readme which comes with IH3.. In case you miss what Script Junkie posted too (post JUST above this one), let me add this:
