Another quick test you could try is to see if your template has an override file for the advanced search page.. This seems like a logical place to start to look for an issue.. This might narrow things down a bit..

I have to say a BIG thank you !!!
I was using another method to allow the filtering of products on product pages.
This one here, "Sort by price with column display" (Post # 25) and it worked great, although it involved creating a php file and altering some php files.
Your method adds a very much needed additional function of columns to all product listings in all areas, S-N-A-F, in an easy to upload package !!!
Cudos to you !!

(BTW, I am using this with the Avonlee Contempo Template and have had NO issues whatsoever !)

Thanks for this great mod, I was wondering if I could make a request. I would like the special pages to show the "Add to Cart/Qty Box" button like the other modified templates in this mod (products_new, products_all)

I'll have a look at it :-) Of the top of my head I am not sure why that is!

New version is due out in the next few days. The changes will be :

1. Sorting out the issue with the language files that Diva pointed out.
2. Adding an inner div to the column cells to allow easier styling.
3. Sorting out the fact that the first row of boxes is 'th' rather than 'td'.
4. Adding the ability for the user to switch between columns and rows.

Attached is a version of the file includes/modules/pages/specials/main_template_vars.php for you to try. Please make sure you have your original file backed up just in case but this works on my servers. And please do let me know how you get on because if it works for you then I'll include it in the next release.

Do you have a live site using the CDP mod? I would like to see it in action and consider it for my site.
