    Default Backing Up Database

    I followed the instruction from the tutorial and I have the database in a zip file. I am unsure of how to proceed.

    Best to ftp (and archive) to your PC and then delete from the server

    Good advice... A backup on the machine it was backed up from will be of no use if the machine crashes.
