when does it insert order info to db when paying with PayPal Express Checkout?

I want to create order in db before going to paypal.com,but I cant find zencart inserting db the order infomation at what time, pls see my other question thread and you will know what i want to do

No I still don't see why you would want to fill your database up with orders that are never paid for because the potential customer has no intention of actually placing or confirming an order.
Lots of browser put "stuff" in their carts and may even go to paypal but they have NO intention of actually completing an order.

If you are having problems with orders being completed at paypal and no record in your database then that is a different problem that has been discussed before and there are threads that fix that problem.

Otherwise if you want to harass your customers over abandoned orders then the mod I mentioned in the "other" thread will do the job.

Yes, you are right ,this is a big problem I want to fix. and it is the request by my boss.

I want to confirm when zencat do the insert db job,before or after paypal.com? if after, when internet is block, the db has no order record ,then how to know customer had paid ,and had buy what things?
