Image Handler 4 (for v1.5.x) Support Thread

I have searched the thread (probably missed it though, don't harm me LOL been working 14 hours straight on a site) Is there a way to make to additional images show the a different name such as TLC_6980.jpg is the default image then second image would be TLC_6980_toe.jpg and third TLC_6980_heel.jpg I am building a boot site for a client no matter what I do it defaults to TLC_6980.jpg, TLC_6980_2.jpg, TLC_6980_3.jpg. I can sell them if this isn't possible to force the image show "toe" and "heel" just don't want to mis describe it.

Thanks.. and good luck.. It really shouldn't be an issue.. You could always edit in captions into the images.. This is what a client of mine did to resolve a similar need.. or search for the alt tag solution that's been posted in this thread before..
