Trying to change the below from:

To:
define('HEADER_TITLE_PROMO1', '<span class="promo-big">If you don’t see it on our website, </span><br /><span class="promo-red"> Call for additional styles.</span>');

You need to escape the apostrophe in the word don't ;-)
