"wrong"? Doesn't appear so. If that's your way of asking why nobody gave you a reply, it does seem to be an odd way of doing so. Usually the better way to get a reply is to post back with more information including what steps you've tried and what the results were when doing so.

The short answer is simple: rework your tpl_product_info_display.php file to have it relocate the HTML as it's output. Add extra markup as needed to cause the necessary layout positioning if needed. That other thread you quoted offers guidance on the concepts.

The longer answer is: it will help a lot if you already know some HTML and CSS.
