Australian Users - E-Parcel or Click & Send Options

I'm looking at moving over to e-parcel or click and send. Is there a specific add on to enable the export/import of data. Ideally a system that would update orders with tracking numbers etc etc.

If not, what procedures are you using to make using these systems a breeze?
