Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

I am using Zen Cart 1.5.1 and I have just installed Zen Cart. I am using a template with some other modules and this is the first install of Light Box I cannot show my website as I am just building it and is only on localhost.

The problem I have is that I can only show one image via the light box. All other images are opened in a new window. How to open multiple images in the light box?

I have named them as such:

widget.jpg
widget_1.jpg

Did you try re-uploading the additional images file.

Yes and they're all in the images folder.

I don't mean the images themselves, I mean the file [includes/modules/your_template/additional_images.php]

Hi,

I just upgraded to zen 1.5.1 and installed the zen lightbox 1.6.4. It works fine but does not show "close" button. It does show the "loading.gif" image, so it is strage that the "close" button does not. I did check the paths in "stylesheet_zen_lightbox.css" and they are fine pointing to "../images/zen_lightbox/closelabel.gif". Is there any other stylesheet that I should take a look at? Any suggestion are appreciated.

I've reuploaded all files and checked the folder names and it is working now. I guess I missed something but thank you Niestudio for the confirmation.

I have just installed lightbox and I'm getting errors when I try to run the SQL via the administration panel. I used the alternate method and got this message:

Error
#1062 - Duplicate entry 'ZEN_LIGHTBOX_STATUS' for key 'unq_config_key_zen'

Any suggestions?

what was the error you got when trying thru admin panel.

try running the uninstall script...twice to totallly get rid of any tables.

then when you run the script again IF you have 1.3.9h then copy all except the bottom bit about 1.5 code...run that in admin panel

OR

if you are running 1.5.1 store then take off the // in fromt of the 1.5 part of the code then copy paste all into admin panel

it should work
