Understood what the problem is.. I asked for the links because it's possible that your image names or category/product names might be an issue, but since you aren't giving me the information I asked for let me summarize this way.. Your issue has several possible causes:
- Invalid image or product category names
- Image Handler is not installed correctly (missing files, other mods you installed which modified the same files as IH4 not merged correctly)
So you will need to go back and check these things.. IH4 out the box installs with no issues.. It doesn't have an issue which would lead to the problem you are describing unless one of these factors is in play.. The most common cause of issues usually lies in an incorrect install..

Hi,Divavocals
I have a question about installing zen lightbox after IH. In Misc of IH instruction, you said "just replace the Image Handler4 additional_images.php file with the one from Zen Lightbox". Which additional_images.php should I replace with the one from zen lightbox? There is no additional_images.php file in includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/ after installing IH. Or I just copy zen lightbox installing files to my server and there is no need to do another "replace"?

I installed IH as soon as I finished ZC 1.5.1 installation and I tried that twice at the local and my server. The admin confirmed successful installing for both and IH works very well so far. But I really can't find includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/ untill installed zen lightbox which has includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/ in its installing folder.
I'm just confused if IH installation will creat a includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/. You know there is no includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/ in IH's installing folder and the instruction don't ask us to rename or creat aincludes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/.
Please review the instructions.. Items 6 & 7 cover these files and their location in the IH4 fileset, and it covers what to do with these files.. Again, if you do NOT have a "/includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/additional_images.php" file in place after installing IH4, then you do not have this installed correctly..
(copy ALL of the add-on files to your store!! Most issues are caused by store owners who decide to NOT load ALL of the module files)

Just installed this on my test site.. Please note the message which refers to the creation of the "/includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/additional_images.php" file
Again, if you are not seeing this file after your IH4 install is complete, then that tells me that IH4 is probably not installed correctly.. But I don't know how that's possible since it would give you an error message if the files is not created..

@fanisme
If you did not add a custom template to your installation then YOUR_TEMPLATE or CUSTOM_TEMPLATE would be classic.
When you see YOUR_TEMPLATE, CUSTOM_TEMPLATE, etc used in the forum or a mod's instructions, it is used to represent whatever template you are using. You can quickly find out what YOUR_TEMPLATE is by opening your home page, right-click somewhere and view page source. On 1.5.1 around line 15, you'll start seeing a lot of link rel="stylesheet" calls. Look at the one for stylesheet.css. If you have a custom template, it would look like "includes/templates/******/css.stylesheet.css. If there is nothing where the asterisks are, you are not using a custom template. If there IS something where the asterisks are, then that is YOUR_TEMPLATE.

Thank you, guys.
Hi Divavocals, you are right. I made a stupid mistake. Really appreciate your patience.
I just found another question. Do you think there is any conflict between IH and zx_slideshow? I had check this again and again. IH works very well when I didn't install slideshow. After installing slideshow, something wrong happened: can't jump to IH interface through clicking on the small icon on the right column of the product in catalog/categories/product and just one category can be chosen to edit on the IH interface. (exactly the problem that we talked and I showed you a vedio before)
