Validation Issues

Hi there,

Im trying to get the site validated using http://validator.w3.org/ and im getting a few errors that I need help with,

Here are a couple,

Both errors on http://kitchenwarehouseltd.com/contact-us I cant figure out how to fix, the security token one appears on several pages:

document type does not allow element "input" here; missing one of "ins", "del", "h1", "h2", "h3", "h4", "h5", "h6", "p", "div", "address", "fieldset" start-tag
… type="hidden" name="securityToken" value="7715d9fcb5cf4f7c62b084cc1b5e41d8" />

and

there is no attribute "autocomplete"
…e="40" id="CUAS" style="visibility:hidden; display:none;" autocomplete="off" />

can anyone give me some advice?

Yes. Unless these are actually causing a problem with the displaying of your pages just ignore them.

A person could spend half their life trying to get their site to validate correctly with any given validator and at the end of the day there are no real benefits to be had.

Of those specific errors you've mentioned, they will be ignored by every browser that I'm aware off.

Having said that, I do appreciate that some people like to see a perfect validation from at least one of the validation services, and if this classroom situation I'd insist on it :)

Thanks Rod!

That puts me at ease a little more. I had lots and lots of validation issues that I have been getting sorted, 99% of them from using zen carts own WYSIWYG editor. Most have been sorted but i'm just scrubbing through to see if I can sort any more out.
