I'm going to guess you missed a merge or two with "orders.php" when installing (needs to be manually merged with "orders.php" from Super Orders).

Keep in mind Multisite Module does make changes to the Zen Cart database (the orders table). This will affect some other modules (such as Admin New Order) as the other modules do not know about (or how to populate) the extra field.
Note: just noticed Design75 beat me to the likely answer ^.^
with "does not work" I mean:

    1. when you go to admin> customers>orders>edit, I am taken to the regular edit page where you can only add comments and change order status, and selecting to send email or not etc.. page.

In Fact, any "edit" button that has to do with editing an order give the same page. The Super Order pages (with red and green buttons) are not there at all as if they were never installed. tracking number entry box is not there as well as any of the functions that deals with adding or changing the order is not there at all.

    2. The "Who's online" page does not have anything displayed? Is this related to this forum or this more related to MULTISITE forum.

My guess is it has nothing to do with the multisite mod, but with a bad install of the other mods.
Retrace your steps and reinstall SO, EO, and Ty.

I see. And I though I was "home safe". That means I have not been able to avoid merging files after all if I want multisite. I will take a look at these 2 files and see if I am able to do it on my own first then ask for help later.

All of those were tested and working fine after they were installed. And even works after many more mods were added there after. So I quess it has to do with having to merging the order.php files.

Some of us here who make and edit the mods make it a good habit of marking the code blocks clearly that are different form the stock code. But never just blindly copy the differences.
Sometimes more than one mod need to change the same block of code, and that can make quite changeling. But without that where would the fun be
You are so right on that. That makes learning more fun in a way especially when you are able to solve the problem.

It can be a pain sometimes to find why something is not working, since it only takes one rogue character to crash the system.

When You Say: "Some of us here who make and edit the mods make it a good habit of marking the code blocks clearly that are different form the stock code."

Question: When I find the blocks of codes that are different, do I just add / or replace the new / different block of code anywhere in the code file as long as they are between two different blocks of code?

Or do I have to make changes to what is inside a specific block of code? I have always been really confused at this.

question 2: How can I tell the different blocks of code apart? Are they marked with special "markers" signafying a beginning and and end of a block of code?
