Trouble installing PayPal Express Checkout

Used the following link to install PayPal Express and can not get the PayPal Express checkout to install
the payment modules section has Paypal Payments Standard in Yellow

I removed the PayPal Payments Standard and then installed PayPal Express Checkout
Will Start Testing next

in testing I have my PayPal module configured to "Sandbox" but not sure where to get the Sandbox API credentials

Don't bother. Just set it to Production, and use your actual PayPal account credentials.

Is there a way to get just the Paypal Express files? I'm in the process of upgrading from 1.3 to 1.5.1 on one of my sites. I've done my other two sites, no problem, but I was saving this for last because it was the largest. Anyway, when I go to edit my PayPal Express, the fields are not showing up the same as the 1.3.9h site, or my other sites on the 1.5.1. Namely, the currency radio buttons aren't there, and there's no where to enter my API Username. I'm not sure if something happened during the database upgrade part, but it's goofy. Can I just re-install the express, or is there something else I should do. This is a new download of the 1.5.1, got it yesterday, and all I'd installed is a template, google merchant feeder, and Ultimate SEO
