Auction Product Type

Hi medgolloc,

this actually didn't take as much effort as I thought. Below are two files attached in a ZIP file. Please replace the tpl_product_auction_info_display.php under "/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates" and the
header.php under "/includes/modules/pages/product_auction_info".

This will then show the buy now price without tax, and calculate the new current bid without tax. Your sales tax will be added later in the shopping cart when the auction item is being checked out.

Also can you help me with the image4 handler. The products are not showing up in the admin area when adding items to the action Select a Category with Products ... Or move between the Products. The display area is not showing any of the items to add images too.

The new file worked great but you removed all of the info for lightbox to work with the images. Can you give me an updated file with the changes?

Fixed the lightbox issue. I guess i had added it. sorry.

But do need help on the imagehander4. Need to show the items in the display widow in admin so i can add pics. Please help if you can.

We added (and) to a file in imagehandler4 making it work with auction product type in the admin area so to display the description when adding new products to an auction. Still testing to see if anything breaks.

I have modified this module to work with an auction house that does Live auctions.. we are allowing people to submit blind bids or online bids that close 24 hours before the actual live auction in our warehouse.

I am not a great PHP programmer.. I can hack away to get things to work, etc. I understand how to interact with mysql, etc... So it's just a matter of taking apart the existing code and adding in what I need.

Before I start to write an extra part to the Auctions Manager module, I want to see if it's already done.. A short search found a request for it, but not much else.

I need to make it so it lists just the items that have bids and who bid on them... This will make it easy to make a table for the LIVE auction on the items that already have bids..

We auction about 250 to 300 items at a time and we have just started doing this.

This plug-in is definitely come a long way and seems stable enough to use now. I have everything working EXCEPT the very last function, the email. I've looked everywhere but can't figure this one out.

it is possible to do by using the catogories page to get the idea from... then modifing the sql quarry. first is the normal search and sort, the second is only for products with bids.
I've had it running for some time on my site.
