I am having trouble with my downloads being opened by customers. they are there but will not open. The file says invalid
How do I fix it? This site really needs a place for help that is person to person

I'm sure if you were willing to pay someone's salary to sit there waiting to help 'person to person' then they'd be a long line of applicants.
However in the meantime you'll need to give a lot more information about your issue. Start by answering all the posting questions please, in particular details of any add-ons or changes from default ZC code. Also you give no details of your downloads; are they mp3, pdf, video, jpg??
Do the file sizes match, the downloaded version in comparison to the version on your server? Are *you* able to ftp then open your hosted files? Has a customer sent you a copy of the file that they cannot open? Have *you* made a test purchase, was it successful?
