Hi I believe the SQL for the "About Us" Define Page needs an update. The first section below is what was supplied in about_us.sql. After I ran the provided SQL there was no option on the "Define Page Status" configuration page to enable or disable the About Us page.

I noticed the column names were not aligned with the values provided and changed them as follows, which seems to work for me.
