Yes, I have plans to make all of my free template packages responsive. This is a huge undertaking and since donations for the free templates are pretty scarce, I need to as always balance the amount of time I spend on free projects with the amount of time I spend earning money for food ;) If you are willing to sponsor the development of the package, I can move it up in the queue and get it done.
