When you go to Locations / Taxes ... Zones ... under the Country for India, what Zones do you see?

I had installed a Plug-in to get Indian Zones. ( Zones-India edited by relish). Then I added the additional zones that I needed for my shipping mechanism. So , Under Locations/Taxes.. Zones.. under the country for India, there are in a whole lot of zones ( 38 to be precise) and that also has the zones added by me.

I did a trial order and the invoice looks like this:

The Zone table pricing should have been 30 Rs ( shipping zone 2, Karnataka), but its 0. I am attaching the zonetable configuration again, for your reference :

Please let me know, where am I going wrong.

Can you post the settings on each of the Zone Shipping Table settings ... I cannot read them clearly in the image ...

If you edit the Product, what is the Product Weight set to?

The weight is 0.5
and the settings are same as you mentioned :

Is it that fraction is causing an issue ?
