Page blank when displaying product page in admin

When I go to Catalog -> Categories/Products and click on a category and then click on a product name i get the below screen shot. What would be causing this?

It looks like you're using an old version of Zencart. If so, you need to upgrade ASAP to at least version 1.3.9h for security reasons.

You've also exposed the name of your admin folder to the Web. You need to change that right away.

having a product info page issue when i click on the product for the info it shows a blank page but still keeps the template style, when i switch to classic on zen cart it shows perfect but when i switch to my other template it comes up blank i thought it was an update issue since i was on 1.3.9 i upgrade to 1.5.1 and still the same problem any one can help? here the page for the products info although it happens to all product info pages

it only displays fine because i had to go back to old template because customers were calling me saying they needed to see the description of the product before they purchase or come into my shop
but the the template thats giving me this blank product info page is stirling grand

i checked my logs and this is the error its giving me is

The log is quit clear, you are missing a file:
includes/templates/template_default/jscript/ic_hoverbox_config.php

Which in keeping with ZC routine format, that file should be placed in the similar directory but with your template name in place of template_default. It would more than likely be in the similar directory of your previous template.
