    Anne,

I believe I got the Show Box @ Min Width Issue solved but I still do not have the search_header.php in the Tools - Layout Boxes Controller. I am not sure why or what to do to fix this issue.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Mark

    Anne,

This template is amazing, thank you for sharing your hard work with the community. I have looked around and have not seen anyone else mentioning this issue, so I was wondering if you had some advice on how to address this. The site looks great on a desktop browser, but when I resize it down or view it on a mobile browser, the category listing of the products comes out a little askew. I'm not sure where I should start looking to fix this, any advice you can provide would be appreciated.

It sounds like you are missing files. It should show automatically once the files have been uploaded. I would recommend re-uploading the template package.

    Thanks,

    Anne

I am happy that you like the template and are using it for your website ;)

I took a look at your site and do not see the problem. Can you be more specific about what browser you are using, what device, etc?

    Thanks,

    Anne

I was using Chrome on a Samsung Galaxy S4, Stock browser on a Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, and it happens in IE 11 on the desktop when you size it very narrow. You can watch as the price slides behind the picture for the third item down in the first category (category portable, product magic-flight) as you make the browser increasingly more narrow. Same with Chrome on the desktop.

    2. Check to see that you have all of the template files uploaded. It should be includes/languages/english/html_includes/responsive_sheffield_blue/define_about_us.php

    3. This is called the tagline. If you look in the FAQs section of this site you will find a tutorial about how to customize this. Edit includes/languages/english/responsive_sheffield_blue/header.php

    Thanks,

    Thanks Anne!
That has mostly fixed my problems - I still have a couple of questions though.
    1. This solution works only for IE and Firefox, but it doesn't fix the problem for Chrome - the description field is still not showing up. Here is the solution I am referring to; I assume it's the most current patch:
To fix this, in the responsive.css change .content to .content1 on line 304.
    2. I found this file and edited it directly - is there any way to add this to the Define Pages Editor?
    3. For some reason this field ignores upper case. Is that a restriction in the template? Is there any way to tweak this to make it accept uppercase letters? Of all the things for people to complain about, this is the #1 thing I'm hearing. They say it makes the site look unprofessional (???) because I don't know how to capitalize the beginning of a sentence!

    Thanks again!

I tried re-uploading the template and still no file. Any other options. Is it possible that I can just upload that file and if so where is it located at.

    Thanks

Actually, now that I think about it, the search header box is a core file and not even in the template package. It looks like you are missing files from your zen cart install. Look in includes/modules/sideboxes for search_header.php

    Thanks,

    1. Check again, and clear your browser cache. No one else has reported this problem with chrome and the patch.
    2. Try copying the file to includes/languages/english/html_includes
    3. Remove the text-transform from the stylesheet.css file.

    Thanks,

    Anne

The template is using media queries at specific widths. You will see problems with the "in between" widths when just randomly resizing the browser.

I tested the template on these devices:

Tested on the iPhone 5 with Mobile Safari 6.0; iPad 4 with Mobile Safari 6.0; Windows Phone 8 with IE10 Mobile; Blackberry Bold 9900 with Blackberry Browser 9900; and Android Nexus 4 with Chrome Mobile 18, Dolphin Mobile 9.3, Firefox Mobile 19, Marathon Mobile 4, Opera Mobile 12, Sleipnir Mobile 2.9

If you see problems on another device or browser then you would need to isolate for that device.

This template has not been cross browser tested on ie11 (template was released before ie11 was released).

    Thanks,

    Anne
