Need More lines in address

US Governemnt and otheraddresses require address line 2,3 and 4. On rare occasions have needed 5 for government buildings etc.
Can someone point me to an Addon, thread or some advice?

I saw a few suggestions and attempts in several old threads. I wanted to find out what would be suggested. I'll give that a try on a prototype.
