"Customer Support" is a term that really applies to COMMERCIAL software and support.. (stuff you actually PAID for) This plugin like all the free plugins is NOT commercial software.. Andrew is indeed a volunteer who maintains this plugin.. He is not a "company".. So your expectation for "customer service" when it comes to free plugins is not a realistic expectation shall we say..
