Super Orders v4.0 Support Thread for ZC v1.5.x

Hi

The comments are not being added to the pack slip.

When I go to the Admin->Configuration->Shipping/Packaging->

The "Display Order Comments on Admin Invoice" is not available

and also the "Display Order Comments on Admin Packing Slip"

What file controls this display

Super order, Edit order, Ty tracker installed

Both of these configuration settings are stock Zen Cart settings.. They are entries in the configuration table.. Super Orders doesn't add/remove them.. You have another issue with your store.. Somehow these settings are missing from your configuration table..

Hi

I have an issue with the batch printing of the shipping labels; they do not print on a single page. The problem is not present when I batch print invoices. I have the same problem whether I use Chrome / IE / Firefox.

Also I would like to add the Order Comments to the Shipping Label, what code shoud I add and where?

Ok third time lucky I think. I have posted this in a few wrong threads (which I apologise) but hopefully I am now in the correct thread.

I am using ZC 1.5.1 and would like to install Super orders. The problem I have, is updating the invoice.php and orders.php and packingslip.php pages: because we have the Stock By Attributes plugin installed, we also need to include this in the code. However this is tricky as one of these pages has been completely re-written (I think it's the invoice page).

Please could anyone offer any advice on where I would need to add the 3 SBA blocks of code to the Super orders modified files. Please any help would be gratefully received.

Actually, no worries, I've done it. It took going through patterns of code and enough coffee to wake the dead. But it is achievable.

It's a bit long-winded to a thread but I will gladly share if anyone would like to know what goes where. :)

Header titles showing in ORDERS

When I'm in Orders, and in the details of an order, the Header Titles are showing.

For example, HEADING_TITLE_ORDERS_LISTING (Batch Status Update) (Batch Form Print) Button

When in an order..

PAYMENT_TABLE_NUMBER PAYMENT_TABLE_NAME PAYMENT_TABLE_AMOUNT PAYMENT_TABLE_TYPE PAYMENT_TABLE_POSTED PAYMENT_TABLE_MODIFIED

This appears across the payments that have been entered.

Is this normal?

If the language files didn't get transferred to the proper directory(ies) correctly/fully then it is normal, but otherwise under normal operation, it is not normal.

if it was normal then the Read Me would have said so. so no its not normal. your install is incomplete specifically you are missing language files. review your install an upload the missing files

Not sure if you were aware, but I accidently posted a question to the v3 thread instead of this one.

When I had Zen Cart 1.3.9h and Super Orders 3 installed, the order number (ID) changed color to reflect the status of the order, red for canceled and green for complete. With version 4 the text color does not seem to change. Did I install improperly?
