How to change PDF Packing Slip Logo.

Hello, Hopefully this will be an easy question.

When doing a Batch Form Print, I select the orders I want to print a PDF packing slip for.
When the form prints, I want it to print with my logo and not the Zen Cart Logo.
I've changed all of the logos I can find, but cannot seem to locate where to update the logo.
