occurred first time when I try to install it. I did not do this twice. so I think the configuration_value did not insert into database, so there are blank.

I have upload the exactly folder to my sever.

Still dicey internet but.... after you uploaded all the files to their proper folders on your server.... did you still get that message or just the time you posted earlier.

After uploading all the files did you go to configure/colorbox and does it work yet?

Are you familiar with looking through the database tablesin phpMYadmin?

Does this mod require a version of Image Handler or is it wholly free standing?

no this mod does not require Image handler at all, just if you want to use both mods they will function together perfectly

The readme does not mention Image Handler whatsoever, but the code is peppered with IH references.
