My duhIt's Tools->Server/Version Info. In the upper left-hand side of the screen, you'll see the PHP Version.

I can only find the catch folder in public html, and there is no folder named logs.

I put special_login.php file in public html, is this correct? I didn't do anything to the file, I just simply copy files and put them in the correspond locations of my hosting account.

I must say, this one has me stumped. The only remaining suggestion I've got, given that you have no debug-logs in your Zen Cart's /cache folder (since you're running v1.5.0), is to edit /includes/application_top.php and change the line that reads

Refresh the page that's giving you a whitescreen to see how far in the initialization process you're getting before the code crawls off into the sunset. Make sure to change the value back to false once you've gathered the information.Code:define('DEBUG_AUTOLOAD', true);
Your store's start-up died during the init_special_funcs.php processing, which initializes whos_online, the password functions, banners and specials/featured/salemaker products. I still don't get it.
