How i can modify "Send Copy of Order Confirmation Emails "?

Sorry, a bit confused. Do you need to change the admin menu item's title or actually change the text of the e-mail. If the latter, it would also change the e-mail going to the customer. As a copy, it is just a BCC of the customer's email.

i want change the latter only for copy . how can do that ?

or how can change the original confirm email ?
