Super Orders v4.0 Support Thread for ZC v1.5.x

I believe this is an issue with how the customer record was created not the PO module that comes with Super Orders.. PO module that comes with Super Orders is a static payment module that collects nor modifies any customer data.. It hasn't changed in YEARS and could not cause the issue you report.. Any chance you are using one of the "Add Customers from Admin" modules???

Thanks for the reply. Yes I believe I am still using that Module to insert customers. Since I had someone upgrade the site recently instead of myself and maybe they did not check for update for that one. I will check to see if there is and try an upgrade. From my tests though I did not see that it made a difference when creating an account normally through front of store versus the back.

It does and it actually does explain the issue you reported which is not caused by the P.O. module that come with Super Orders as it DOES NOT modify customer data.. Suggest asking for help on the support thread the add customer module..
