Super Orders v4.0 Support Thread for ZC v1.5.x

Bug in admin??

I never noticed it before so don't know if this is new or not. When entering a multi-line comment the line breaks aren't happening correctly.

When I enter:
one
two
three

it displays as:
one\r\ntwo\r\nthree

This is with version 4.0.10 on a 1.5.4 Zen Cart (two actually)

The customer email displays correctly.

Hi All, I am not sure but I believe this is a bug with the purchase order mod at checkout. I have searched around and cannot find anyone with similar questions. What I have found is that the state sometimes displays as WI or Wisconsin. Not anything that it seems to mess up other than exported state reports, but wanted to mention it. My cart has recently been upgraded to 1.5.4 however this has been a long problem at least since 1.5.1 maybe even 1.3.9. The way I can notice this is two ways. When printing a packing slip or from viewing an order on orders.php page. For example

Checking out with purchase order address is displayed like this

Company Name
James Brown
5555 zencart way
City, Wisconsin 53098

When a normal credit card order goes through it is displayed like this.

Company Name
James Brown
5555 zencart way
City, WI 53098

Anybody else have this issue?

I believe this is an issue with how the customer record was created not the PO module that comes with Super Orders.. PO module that comes with Super Orders is a static payment module that collects nor modifies any customer data.. It hasn't changed in YEARS and could not cause the issue you report.. Any chance you are using one of the "Add Customers from Admin" modules???

I haven't seen this.. Sounds new..

Thanks for the reply. Yes I believe I am still using that Module to insert customers. Since I had someone upgrade the site recently instead of myself and maybe they did not check for update for that one. I will check to see if there is and try an upgrade. From my tests though I did not see that it made a difference when creating an account normally through front of store versus the back.

It does and it actually does explain the issue you reported which is not caused by the P.O. module that come with Super Orders as it DOES NOT modify customer data.. Suggest asking for help on the support thread the add customer module..

I have same issues almost a year and I thought it is only happen to me.

I see this question on post #350 but didn't find the answer to it.

When I had Zen Cart 1.3.9h and Super Orders 3 installed, the order number (ID) changed color to reflect the status of the order, red for canceled and green for complete. With version 4 the text color does not seem to change. Did I install improperly?

Now, I'm having same issue. Please advice.

Also the column on the orders list for "Payment/Shipping" used to be as the name of the module, for example:
BEFORE: PayPal
NOW: paypal

BEFORE: Credit/Debit Card
NOW: ceon_manual_card

That's only on the list because on the right side where you see all the details of each order, will display properly.

May I be guided towards file/line where/how to edit that?
