The PDF still has the A5 satchels but she said they have now been replaced with the A4 at $6.95. The A4s measure 325mm x 250mm.

The servers have been updated to reflect these changes.

Nothing for you to do.

Even though the prices returned (and the dimensions used) are now based on the A4's, the zencart module will still indicate that these are the A5's, at least until the next update.
