Ok, there seems to be a bug in the auto installer plugin I used. For now you can delete these 2 lines from your admin/includes/init_includes/init_responsive_sheffield_blue.php line 99 and 100:

 // delete configuration menu
  $db->Execute("DELETE FROM ".TABLE_ADMIN_PAGES." WHERE page_key = '".$admin_page."' LIMIT 1;");

I'll have to wait a while before submitting an update to the template package. I have been told that it is not good to submit an update and then another update a few days later ;)

July 29... still an issue.

bug? Fresh install. Added two categories one product each. (that's all I've done other than install/activate this template). They show up under Newest. I click on Featured and, predictably, nothing is there (of course featured should be hidden in this case, but that may be just my opinion). Bug is that AFTER clicking on Featured, can't go back to Newest.

It isn't live, so you can't access it. But the steps are pretty clear, and fully reproducible. In standard template, featured does not even show if there are no featured products (and really, that's how it should be - there should never be empty links!). And that's probably the issue. Your template shows it even if there are not, and clicking it probably breaks the code. An easy test for you is to not have any featured and you'll see for yourself.

Note: Specials does the same thing. It should only show IF there are specials, and it shouldn't break navigation once clicked (solve the first issue and you've solved the 2nd, I'm sure.)

Futhermore, having no featured even breaks if you have specials. Ie. I have 2 products, I put one on special. But no featured. I can't even click "specials" to see the special! Your template forces features to be populated, as you have it now.

If you don't want one of the centerboxes to show just turn them off in the admin--configuration--index listing.

Ok, first... I don't need you to help me. That's really the wrong way to look at a bug report. I'm helping YOU. And yes, you can help yourself by simply following what I did and seeing it for yourself. It takes all of what... 2 minutes to do a fresh install in a different folder? And yes, you can turn it off and no, you shouldn't have to. A template isn't there to change the behavior of the site, it is there to change the look of it.

It was feedback for you. Take it as you will, I've moved on.

That is no way to talk to someone when they are trying to help you figure things out, but thank you for telling us about the bug you are having.

Now that said you are correct about something being wrong with the tabs not working correctly. Anne I have a fresh install zen cart 1.5.4 up with test products. I turned off all the featured products. All I have on now are new and specials showing.

When you click on the new products tab it will show new products. If you click on the specials tab right after no problem it shows special products. You can even go back and look at the new products. The problem comes in when you click on the tab with no product in this case featured products and try to go back to either of the other two tabs.
