Just to add to the above, I thought I would show a couple of screen shots. One is of the "Product info" that will show no information pertaining to description, details, reviews, or a custom tab. The other is of "Product Listing" that will state 3 columns but my site is only showing 2 columns.

Sorry for reposting this, but apparently it got lost in the flurry of comments somehow. This is in reply to your post of #719. As I stated before, I don’t see a thing on the “product info” page pertaining to description, details, reviews, or a custom tab. I am apparently looking in the wrong place or the template I downloaded somehow missed it, possibly?? If you have the answer, please clue me in.

Also, another situation has cropped up. I wanted to change my product listing from 2 columns to 3. When I went to Product Listing – Columns Per Row, I noticed that the default listing is 3 even though my products have only 2 columns. Do you have any idea what is wrong?

I changed line 413 in includes/templates/responsive.../css/responsive_default.css to 30% from 45% and nothing happened. Take a look. www.mygiftsite.com

On a desktop I am seeing 3 columns. On a laptop there are 2 columns which is how the template is designed. If you want 3 columns on a laptop, you will need to change line 413 of the responsive_default.css file.

If you change it to 45% you will have 2 columns. For 3 columns it would need to be something like 30%.

Thank you for the response but I don't know what is going on here. I only have a desktop. I am using both Firefox and IE. I changed includes/templates/responsive.../css/responsive_default.css to 30% and you can see the screenshot:





As you can see, there are only 2 columns. I don't get it?? I haven't changed the product listing page. Don't get me wrong. I want this thing to be responsive, so I want it to react to whatever the customer is using. So I am totally confused. Any other ideas?

I think I figured out the problem. It's my screen resolution! I have it set too low. I'm sure if I set it higher, the three columns would show up so I am going to reset the % back to 45 so that my customers will be able to see the site properly, whatever they might be using. Sorry for bugging you about this one.

Now, I still have a problem with Product info. If you don't mind referring back to #732, that information still eludes me as far as the description, details, reviews, and custom tabs. You will see that I also provided a screen shot for that. If you can help figure that one out, I would appreciate it.

Try removing the code in admin--tools--flexible footer menu for the icons and replacing it with this:

Did you paste this code into the Share and Connect text box in admin/tools/flexible footer menu instead of in the last row in the bottom list of header underneath Share and Connect that has no title - just the green and red indicators to the right, above 'create new page'.
