It would help best to answer the questions of the posting tips, but it appears that the store side includes/functions/functions_general.php has not been updated.

Who hasn't updated? The code is directly from 1.5.5a!

    Evidently not.

Your /admin/includes/functions/general.php is missing or damaged. That's the file where your Admin finds that function declaration. But your error is indicating your site doesn't have it.

Believe it or not but there are still many using 1.3.x...

So what else is installed? How was the update performed? From what version, etc...
Looking at a ZC 1.5.5a site instead of just searching github, it appears that the function is also declared in admin/includes/functions/general.php but only used in admin/includes/init_includes/init_errors.php. There are some plugins that have been known to include a version of that admin file which has been pushed to a site instead of merging the needed/necessary code to allow the plugin to continue to operate without removing other necessary code.

    My bad!

I have my own Create a Coupon Code and had forgotten that I overwrite the general.php.
