I am running Multisite for a while now with great success. I now run into a strange issue though. After adding a new site to my setup, and adding a whole number of new categories, the "Add This site to all Categories" function is no longer doing what is expected. It will add the site name to all the categories but when pressing the save button, it only updates a certain number of categories with the new name. I have around 1400 categories spread across the various sites. It seems to always stop after a certain number of updates, but does not present any error messages. I have renamed some categories to move them to the bottom and on pressing the save button the system only updates the same amount of categories. Is there any limit in number of updates that I should set higher to get the admin to update ALL the categories? It seems to always stop after about 999 categories.

Hello,
I have been working on a new version of multisite.
I will post the files here, I hope to get some feedback for improvements.
This version tries to roll in all the changes and updates I was able to fine on this site.

Some key aspects of this new version are:
1. This version does NOT use the old site switch and _config files.
2. Each site can be independently configures from the ADMIN section.
3. There is a new table added to support the new functionality.
4. Some table have new fields added and new constraints added.
5. Multiple new files added, and some existing files move to new locations.

The attaches files are a work in progress.
These file are NOT intended to be used on an active/production site!!
These are for testing at this time.

The current module is compatible, although it may need some careful merging of files. It can be found here in the downloads section.

My apologies ahead of time before i ask this question totally outside of this forum's topic since i a bit lost. Where can i get the latest copy of "beyond compare" for merging file purposes?
