Greetings. I have been unsuccessful in finding an answer to my issue. There is a vertical bar and underscore being added before the category names in my shopping cart. All items in my shopping cart are 'virtual' - meetings, workshops, and if a tangible product it will be delivered to the member at a meeting. I would like to remove the vertical bar and underscore. Thanks for your help.

Navigate to your admin's Configuration->Layout Settings and look for the settings (3 of them) that start with Categories Separator. Make your changes there.

You need to familiarise yourself with HTML CHARACTER CODES. These "separators" are referenced by their HTML CHARACTER CODES.
