Has anyone used or know how to use Zippay (Australia)?

I was refused/declined a zippay account without explanation, even though I've been in business for 12 years. They refused to re-visit it, even after I pointed out dodgy websites they had accepted!
The Zippay application process had Zencart on their list of supported e-commercce platforms. In fact you can choose it from a drop-down list, as you sign up.
Perhaps I was refused because I chose Zencart?

That to me doesn't make any sense. While I am not sure if they are required to provide a reason, I would think that they should be able to explain why they denied regardless of their acceptance of other/previous sites. There may be other criteria used for them to make a determination and it may be possible that the source information is incorrect and needs to be addressed. If approached kindly they are more likely to help a non-customer than approaching with aggravation.
