Mobile Menu not working - help please!

Hi - this one has got me stumped so I am looking for some assistance please.

Menu icon in menu bar on mobile devices when tapped resolves to home page (or attempts to even if already at home page) and browser bar then shows domainname/#menu - all other functions in the menu bar work fine. Tested on Android phone using android internet app and Firefox - no myDebug errors have been thrown.

Not sure if it's related to your issue but if I view source in Firefox there are numerous tag errors - helpfully highlighted in red.

Edit: Dev tools does show the hamburger but only for certain mobile user-agents

Actually scrub that, dev tools does show the 'menu' bar - for me.
