Might we ask why you do not want to make sure you have a correct email?

I suggest you review your site's modification to /includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_opc_customer_info.php (also check in your site's current template directory for any override).

You can safely overwrite the files that OPC provides in its distribution. Whether or not v2.1.2 can perfectly support your zc155f installation depends heavily on what other plugins you might have installed, especially the template that you use.
