Thanks for your help I changed my Redirect url to "https://my_domain.com/square_handler.php/" and was successful despite the help file instructing differently.

Thanks for posting that it worked after setting the correct URL.

I'm puzzled by your note about the help file. It says:
Click on the OAuth tab. In the "Redirect URL" field, enter "https://your_store_url.com/square_handler.php" and click Save at the bottom. (Ensure the URL you enter points to the correct directory (or subdirectory) on your server.)

Have not been able get in to Square with our customer (site owner) to check this out but, the first image is of the total amount (tax, title, license) the site's shopper was presented with in Zen Cart and paid the shop owner by credit card using Square.
    Attachment 19484

The second is the image from Square showing how much Square charged the shopper's CC and how much was sent to the store owner's bank.

    Attachment 19485

How can a paid $84.95 suddenly show up a Square as $79.85? Could it be an ancient API that is causing this? The second image should be $84.95 Collected and $82.19 Net Total, correct?

Just trying to make sense of this before sicking him on Square.
    A little help with colors.

A test from another customer reveals Square processing the same as the amont in Zen Cart and a better than 2.9% + $0.30 rate. This one with the latest 1.5.7c and latest Production API Version.

Currency exchange rates maybe (in the store)? (eg: store is in USD but also offers GBP but the GBP exchange rate is "off" too far in the store's configuration, so it's calculating the wrong USD amount to submit to Square?)

Your screenshots show the order summary info. Inside each order (in Order Status History, eg comments) is info related to the authorization code assigned to the order, the amount charged, the date/time, etc. (And if currency exchange happened, it shows the before/after details.)
Does the amount charged in the comments match the amount expected?

if true, i would expect the following percentages to be much closer, unless of course, there is a fixed fee associated with the exchange:

    $84.85 $79.85 $5.00 5.893%
    $55.40 $53.93 $1.47 2.653%

It appears we have a combination of three things here. The item may have been in stock but is now out. The item may have been on special but there is no record now.

The current listing was generated by using edit orders and mentioning special. Not sure what versions of any of those things but will need to check further before pointing another finger.

Someone PLEASE check. Is today full-moon Friday the 13th?
