Ultimate/Friendly URLs are a whole other discussion.

Try adding the following to your .htaccess and use cPanel to aid in forcing the site to https://

    Code:
    RewriteEngine OnRewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^yourdomain.com [NC]
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.yourdomain.com/$1 [L,R=301]

Ok, Yahoo, Bing and Google isn't crawling my site using the sitemap it has been 3 weeks and the site hasn't indexing. I did everything. I don't know what to do.

Based on your previous posts, I'd check:
    1. That the site's /includes/configure.php references the correct HTTP_SERVER and HTTPS_SERVER (https://www.mydomain.com or https://mydomain.com). Both should be the same and both should be https:// based.
    2. That the site's .htaccess file is (like @dbltoe identified above) performing a redirect to the 'correct' server, as identified in the configure.php.
    3. Ensure that the site's robots.txt points the search engines to the generated sitemap.xml file, again using the 'correct' server.

Maybe they just haven't gotten to it yet. Does your Search Console report show any crawling errors?

Those are not errors!!!! And no need to shout :-)

What's at the top of that page that you cut off? That will show you the indexed and not-indexed pages. Something link this:

There you have it, Google IS crawling and indexing your pages. You cannot control what pages they crawl. You cannot control when or if they they put them in their index. All you can do is be sure that they are crawlable....and they are.
