Umm, does it matter?

Plugins are expected to work for the advertised version and may work for newer versions without adjustment or may require some editing. Some plugins will and some will not use the encapsulation process. Encapsulated or not doesn't really affect the plugin if it works. Additionally, not all plugins have been tested in every known combination so one encapsulated plug-in may not work well with another or the same loaded in a different sequence, etc...

So, just wondering why it matters to have such a list unless you plan to upgrade them all and are seeking an easy way to determine on which to start next.
