    i have made a pic out of my problem and i hope you will se what i mean here, i think i know what to do to change this but not sure where, from my side it looks like sub-total gets the amount inc tax and not without, so this is what i need to change, and there is no help in changing configuration sections, for display tax.

    any ideas??

    hey guys, have a quick question

    does anybody have a problem with sending emails with batch update

    I've updated from SO 1.2 where it worked fine but now that I've upgraded to 2.0 when I make a batch status update (and I tack the notify customer) it updates the orders but doesn't send email (also when I check the status, there is a red X with the update denoting that customer wasn't notified).

    Any ideas?

    Much appreciate it.

    Using Zen-Cart 1.3.6 and otherwise emails work OK (except for this )

    Yup.. I and a few others... as far as I know it has not been figured out yet. I worked on it for a while then just had to get to work emailing customers that I thought I had already emailed - LOL.

    If you ever figure a fix please post it here so we will all know

    Set the following two options to false, and see what you get:
    • Admin > Configuration > My Store > Display Prices with Tax
    • Admin > Configuration > My Store > Display Prices with Tax in Admin

    the same as before, sub-total is still with tax

    Hi Frank,

    I've installed Super Orders 2.0, and my invoices are printing with a balance due even though they have paid, and the amount applied is $0.00, like this:

    Sub-Total: $9.00
    United States Postal Service: $6.05
    Local Sales Tax: $0.66
    Total: $15.71
    Amount Paid: $0.00
    Balance Due: $15.71

    Could this be due to a mis-configuration of the payment status, or are the amounts due and applied coming from somewhere else?

    See the bolded portion for the answer to your problem.

    /edit: Okay, on a second read-thru, you may also mean that the order total line is coming up zero. In that case, do you have a payment line item listed above the product listing? Even if they paid in full, if there's no SO payment line reflecting it, the amount applied will remain at zero.

    I'm working on something here and wanted some initial feedback. Custom job I'm working on has required me to make some customizations to the Sales Report, another contrib I maintain. These customizations tie into the Super Orders system, so I was thinking that I might bundle the sales report into the next release and pass these mods along to you.

    It's still the same report, you'll just have extra SO-specific options available. At the moment I am adding the following...
    • Optional switch to remove orders marked as canceled (that big red button in lower left corner of order details)
    • Include returns and exchanges (another new feature) at the end of the report if they fall within the specified date range (due to their unique nature, the other SR filters wouldn't apply)

    I've always thought the two would eventually meet, since they overlap so much. Just wanted to see what the public at large thought, and if they had any other ideas to link the two together.

    I tried uploading the SQL file and got the following error:
    1062 Duplicate entry 'STORE_FAX' for key 2
    in:
    [INSERT INTO configuration VALUES ('', 'Store Fax', 'STORE_FAX', '', 'Enter the fax number for your store.
    You can call upon this by using the define STORE_FAX.', 1, 4, now(), now(), NULL, NULL);]
    If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.


    If I go to phpMyAdmin, I see the so_ tables. I do not see the Admin>Configuration>Super Orders though.

    I tried deleting all the so_ tables in phpMyAdmin and rerunning the SQL upload but I got the same error. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Not sure if this a bug in my Super Orders setup or just in my understanding of the feature. I am hoping that I can change the product description before Invoicing under certain circumstances and/or change the pricing.

    Zen Cart 1.3.5
    Super Orders 2.0

    Admin -> Customers -> Super Orders -> Detail Button -> Edit Products link.

    The edit products window opens but does not provide any way to change the information on the items. The only form element in the window is the checkbox to Notify the customer and move the order to the next incremental. It list all the products in the order, including pricing but it is not editable.
